Return of goods

PRODUCT RETURNS

We understand that not every purchase is a perfect match.

That's why you can return your item within 30 days from the delivery date.

Did the size not fit, our merch didn’t meet your expectations, or was it an unsuitable gift? Please fill in the return form and let us know your reason for returning the item. Every feedback helps us improve your shopping experience.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If the size didn’t fit and you want a different one, simply return the original item and place a new order for the desired size. If the size is in stock, we will ship your new order right away.

The refund for your original order will be credited to your account no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.


PRODUCT CLAIMS (COMPLAINTS)

You have 2 years from the delivery date to make a claim for faulty or damaged goods.

The seller is responsible for defects present at the time of delivery, or which appear during the warranty period.

Claims will not be accepted if the defect was caused by improper use, use contrary to the instructions, or by mechanical damage (tearing, cracking, scratching, breaking, smashing, etc.).

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Prepare your order number and your bank account number in IBAN format.

RETURN/CLAIM AN ITEM

Carefully pack the item, attach the generated form, stick on the label, and take the parcel to any Packeta drop-off point. You do not pay postage for returns or claims.
